ABOUT HBCU DANCE FITNESS

HBCU Dance Fitness is all about spreading the culture of dancelines from HBCUs. We offer masterclasses, privates, and intensives to those interested in learning about HBCU Danceline and wanting to become a stronger dancer. We focus on strength and conditioning, endurance, technique, and performance. We also give workshops and resources on all the things you need to know about being a dancer on team and growing as a young lady. Our services are for middle school and high students who may be auditioning for a danceline or just enjoy the style and want to get better and adults who may want to get get back in the danceline groove or want to learn more about the style. We offer technique, heels, and fitness classes in the danceline style. Our mission is to educate, liberate, and elevate.
